Formerly known as the ‘Flavors, The Buffet,’ Harrah’s Las Vegas Buffet saw many faces throughout the years, but those faces had yet to involve great food quality.
Harrah’s Las Vegas on the Strip is home to some of Vegas’ popular restaurants, including Ramsay’s Kitchen, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and lots of street food options on the resort’s food court, Fulton Street Food Hall. Despite its respectable food offerings, the buffet left us asking a couple of questions.

Harrah’s Buffet served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunches, each featuring different dishes. Breakfast and lunch were typically more affordable, with dinner being the most expensive and featuring a more extensive range of dishes.
It was designed to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences, and the stations were dedicated to seafood, Mexican, Asian, American, and desserts.
The food quality and taste could have been better, but the meals were freshly prepared and presented attractively. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
Setting & Ambiance
The setting in the venue was laid back and welcoming. Brown countertops complemented the wooden accents & furniture that surrounded the dining area. Colors were monotones with shades of brown, white, and cream.
Décor was minimal with few decorative pieces but was also modern with warm lighting and comfortable seating arrangements. The ambiance was casual and relaxed.
As guests entered Flavors Buffet, the dining area’s spaciousness was the first thing that stood out. Flavor’s layout was also minimal but was well designed to accommodate large groups and families (up to 600 diners), which made it a popular choice for family meals, events, and a few celebrations.
Hours & Prices
The cost of dining at Flavors Buffet varied depending on the time of day and day of the week. Former buffet prices were listed at $21.99 per person for breakfast, $25.99 for lunch, $31.99 for dinner, $34.99 for the weekend dinner, and $30.99 for the weekend brunch.
Because Flavors is closed, Caesars no longer lists current buffet pricing or operating hours for the venue on Harrah’s Las Vegas restaurant page.
Flavors, the Buffet previously opened from 8 am to 11 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 11 pm on weekends.

Menu & Offerings
Flavors Buffet had a wide selection of dishes from all over the world. The food stations were arranged thematically, making it easy for diners to find their preferred cuisines.
Carving Station
The limited carving station featured regular standard offerings from turkey to prime rib (pretty plain) and sausages.
Seafood Station
Seafood was a bit of a letdown at Flavors Buffet when compared to great seafood buffets like the Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas and Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. However, the station did have some unique offerings like Dungeness crab and ceviche occasionally.
There was also a variety of fresh steamed crab legs served with butter and lemon wedges, stir-fried shrimp, oysters on the half-shell, sushi rolls, sashimi, and ceviche.
Asian Station
Here, guests could find dishes from all over Asia, including Chinese & Korean cuisines. Popular dishes included dim sum, sushi rolls, stir-fried noodles, and spicy curries.
American Station
Traditional American comfort food was the order of the day in most Flavors Buffet’s offerings. Classics were plenty, with options such as fried chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and meatloaf.
Mexican Station
This was the most enjoyable section of the international foods at Flavors Buffet. Guests could start with the breakfast burritos and the usual south-of-the-border favorites like Spanish rice, refried beans, tilapia, Menudo soup, and cheese enchilada.
Dessert Station
The dessert station was a must-visit for those with a sweet tooth. Guests could find an extensive selection of cakes, donuts, pies, pastries, ice cream, and candies.
Flavors Buffet also offered a range of vegan and vegetarian options: salads, vegetable stir-fries, and lentil soups. Also, the menu featured a weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays with all-you-can-drink champagne.

Does Harrah’s Las Vegas Have Free Breakfast?
Harrah’s Las Vegas does not currently advertise free breakfast as a standard hotel amenity. If a room package, promotion, or loyalty offer includes breakfast or dining credit, check the current booking terms before relying on it.
If you are looking for Vegas hotels with free breakfast, focus on properties that explicitly include breakfast in the room rate rather than assuming a casino resort provides it.
What Is the Biggest Buffet on The Strip?
They do still have buffets on the Vegas Strip, and some of the most popular must-try venues include the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, Wicked Spoon in the Cosmopolitan, the Buffet at Bellagio, Wynn Buffet, MGM Grand Buffet, Luxor Buffet, Buffet at Excalibur, and Circus Buffet at Circus Circus.
Of all these buffets, the biggest is the Bacchanal Buffet, not only because of its huge space but also its vast offerings. The buffet covers three rooms and serves many dishes, from seafood to Mediterranean dishes, traditional American, Italian, Chinese, and bottomless drinks.
