In the post-pandemic world, it is becoming increasingly rare to see a buffet in Las Vegas, let alone an all-you-can-eat buffet that still feels like a major resort attraction. Some buffets in Vegas remain closed, but the A.Y.C.E. Buffet at Palms, Wicked Spoon Buffet at the Cosmopolitan, and Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace are still among the better-known options.
A.Y.C.E. Buffet at Palms is open for brunch, dinner and weekend brunch, bringing out seven globally inspired food stations with made-to-order pasta, fresh pizza, carving station items, chilled seafood, soup, salad and desserts.
