Luxor Hotel and Casino is one of the most recognizable MGM Resorts properties on the Las Vegas Strip. With its pyramid shape, Egyptian-inspired design, Sphinx, casino, shows, restaurants, pool complex and south-Strip location, Luxor remains one of the most photographed hotels in Las Vegas.

- Address: 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
- Hours: Open 24 hours
- Operator: MGM Resorts International
Luxor is connected to the south-Strip MGM Resorts area, with Mandalay Bay to the south and Excalibur to the north. It is also close to Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand, New York-New York and the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
How to Get to Luxor Hotel From the Strip
Luxor is on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. Depending on where you are starting, you can reach it by walking, rideshare, taxi, driving, or using the free tram system that connects Mandalay Bay, Luxor and Excalibur.
The free Mandalay Bay–Luxor–Excalibur tram is one of the easiest ways to move between these three south-Strip resorts. It is useful if you are staying at Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas, Four Seasons, Luxor or Excalibur, or if you want to connect toward MGM Grand and New York-New York by walking north.
Rideshare and taxis are easier if you are coming from the center or north Strip. If you are driving, Luxor has paid self-parking and valet parking through MGM Resorts’ parking system.
Does Luxor Hotel Have Parking?
Yes. Luxor has both self-parking and valet parking.
The Luxor self-parking garage is located behind the resort, near Frank Sinatra Drive and Interstate 15. Signs around the back of the property direct drivers toward the self-parking garage. From the garage, guests can walk into the resort and casino area.
Valet parking is located at the front of the resort near the main entrance and Sphinx area.
Luxor follows MGM Resorts’ Las Vegas parking policy. That means most visitors pay for parking unless they qualify through MGM Rewards, MGM Rewards Mastercard, Nevada resident benefits, motorcycle rules or another current MGM parking benefit.
Oversized vehicle parking is not handled in the Luxor garage. MGM’s oversized vehicle parking is available at Excalibur’s oversized lots only, subject to availability.
