However, among all the famous names, few are as well-known as the ever-popular celebrity chef, restaurateur and TV personality Bobby Flay.

Who is Bobby Flay?
Before we talk about his Vegas restaurants, for those who don’t know him, let’s start by saying a few words about Bobby Flay – who is he?
Flay is a renowned celebrity chef, restaurant owner, television personality and author.
After leaving school at 17, he learned his trade working in various kitchens, quickly getting noticed due to his natural talent.
This allowed him to gain admission to the French Culinary Institute in New York, and following his graduation, he found work as a chef and then executive chef in several different restaurants.
In 1991, he was appointed executive chef at Mesa Grill in New York, where he quickly became a partner. After this, Flay went on to open further restaurants himself, including Mesa Grill in Las Vegas and the Bahamas.
In 2008, he opened the first branch of Bobby’s Burger Palace in Long Island. That concept later evolved into Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, a more streamlined fast-casual burger brand built around burgers, fries, shakes, and Flay’s signature “crunchified” style.
As well as owning restaurants, Bobby Flay has appeared in many popular TV shows, including The Flay List, Iron Chef America and Beat Bobby Flay, all on Food Network. He has also authored a number of cookbooks.
Bobby Flay’s name is currently attached to several Las Vegas restaurants: Amalfi by Bobby Flay, Brasserie B by Bobby Flay, and three Bobby’s Burgers locations on the Strip. Shark by Bobby Flay at the Palms has closed and should no longer be treated as a current Las Vegas dining option.

Replacing the branch of Bobby Flay’s popular Mesa Grill that was located in Caesars Palace is Amalfi by Bobby Flay, an Italian dining experience inspired by Italy’s impossibly romantic Amalfi Coast.
Fish is prominent in the cuisine of Amalfi, and there’s no shortage of fish or shellfish on the restaurant’s menu either. There’s even an extensive fish and seafood display staffed by an expert fishmonger who can answer guests’ questions and provide recommendations.
However, this being an Italian restaurant, you’ll also find a wide range of pasta dishes as well as a selection of Italian desserts.
The restaurant also features a lounge and bar area with warm lighting and comfortable furnishings, the perfect place to sit and drink a cocktail or a Campari Spritz.
A meal in this restaurant might not come cheap, but if you’re looking for top-quality Italian with a modern and creative twist, this is one of the most important Bobby Flay restaurants in Las Vegas.
The current menu can change, but Amalfi is especially known for coastal Italian dishes, seafood, pasta, and fresh fish. Menu highlights may include:

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is the major Bobby Flay addition missing from the older version of this article. Opened in December 2023, the restaurant brings Flay’s vision of a Parisian steakhouse to Caesars Palace.
The room is designed with a classic French brasserie feel: bustling energy, polished service, rich banquettes, and a menu that mixes brasserie staples with the bold flavors Flay is known for.
Unlike Amalfi, which focuses on coastal Italian food, Brasserie B gives Bobby Flay fans a French-inspired option for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. It is especially useful if you want a Bobby Flay restaurant earlier in the day, since Amalfi is primarily a dinner restaurant.

Brasserie B is built around French-inspired breakfast, lunch, brunch, raw bar, seafood, steakhouse-style dishes, and classic brasserie cooking. Depending on when you visit, you may find:

Despite being a renowned gourmet chef, Bobby Flay’s first love is none other than the good old American hamburger – so in true Bobby Flay style, he opened his own burger brand to showcase this beloved all-American classic.
The original version of this restaurant was called Bobby’s Burger Palace, but the current Las Vegas version is Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, a more streamlined fast-casual concept where diners can enjoy burgers, fries, shakes, breakfast sandwiches, and other casual American food.
Inspired by his culinary travels around the US, Flay refers to this restaurant as “a very American concept,” and the items you’ll find on the menu reflect this ideal.
There are now three Bobby’s Burgers locations in Las Vegas: Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Paris Las Vegas. This is a change from older versions of this article, which described Paris as “opening soon.” It is now open.
The Caesars Palace location is especially useful because it sits inside the Celebrity Food Hall, while Harrah’s works well for a quick bite near the center Strip. Paris Las Vegas is convenient if you are staying around Horseshoe, Planet Hollywood, Paris, or the mid-Strip Eiffel Tower area.

The menu at Bobby’s Burgers is much as you would expect, featuring a range of offerings that take the humble burger and give it a Bobby Flay twist.

What happened to Shark by Bobby Flay?
Shark by Bobby Flay at the Palms Casino Resort is no longer open. Older versions of this article listed it as temporarily closed, but that is now outdated.
The space later became La Popular CDMX, and La Popular itself has since closed as well. Because Shark is no longer a current Bobby Flay restaurant in Las Vegas, it should not be included as a dining recommendation for visitors.
When it was open, Shark was Bobby Flay’s first seafood restaurant and described itself as serving seafood-focused cuisine with a Latin beat. Its menu included dishes influenced by South America, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and Japan, with seafood, ceviche, sushi, tacos, and Latin-accented flavors.
Today, however, readers looking for Bobby Flay restaurants in Las Vegas should choose Amalfi, Brasserie B, or Bobby’s Burgers instead.
